Annie Lou Bray was born on April 10, 1933 to the late Mary and Herbert Bray in Dodge County, Georgia.
She was the loving wife of Johnnie Clarence Wilcox. She was also a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother. She was a member of the New Salem CME Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Clarence Wilcox, a son, Lee Wilcox, her sisters, Lillie Bray, Obie Bray, and Wille Bell Breedlove.
She leaves to cherish her memories six sons, Carl Lee (Debra) Wilcox of Eastman, Georgia, Johnny C. (Dorothy) Wilcox, Jr., of Kathleen, Texas, Horace (Debra) Wilcox of Eastman, Georgia, Artie (Mattie) Wilcox and Kenneth Wilcox of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Daniel Wilcox of Eastman, Georgia, three sisters, Lyenida Poole, Mary Lee Bray, and Pearl Gooch, and three brothers, Roosevelt Bray, Leon Bray, and Herman Bray, seventeen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law, Hattie Joiner of Moultrie, Georgia, Ann Lee (West) Jenkins of Eastman, brothers-in-law, Orlando(Lois) Wilcox, Lester Wilcox, Rush Lee (Mary Lee) Wilcox, and Edward (Bernice) Wilcox, all of Eastman, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Services will be held at New Salem CME Church Cemetery.
